Three months ago I got tired of running my own Airbnb through five different apps. The cleaner texts me. The handyman texts me. The guest texts me. The propane guy texts me. Five threads, no shared memory, and somehow I'm the one trying to remember what each person said.
So I started building Helmstay for myself. Now it's in production at Mountain Dreams Ranch, my place in Colorado — and I run it from California and from the road.
The pain is the same in Colorado, in Tulum, anywhere a host is — different climate, different apps, same text-thread chaos.
