A free 14-day trial on one property, then $99 a month for up to three properties. For the whole portfolio, we agree a price with you in writing.

No setup fee, and no card needed for the trial. Your 14 days start once your first workflow is live. When they end, nothing is charged unless you tell us to continue. After six paid months, any new price needs your agreement first.
Messaging (the per-message text and WhatsApp fees) is passed through at cost, never marked up, with a written monthly cap we agree before you start.
Assisted setup: we connect your PMS, add your crew, and check property facts before launch. Month-to-month, leave whenever.

Talk to us. Start with the free trial on one property; when you are ready to add the rest, we agree a portfolio price with you, in writing, before anything changes. Messaging stays at cost.

Nothing. Your crew texts dedicated Helmstay lines from their own phones, and we help them get started. Existing personal and group chats stay outside Helmstay. If someone writes in another language, you read it in yours.
No — it sits above the system you already run. OwnerRez is connected today; we assess other PMS connections before your trial. Bookings stay where they are; nothing migrates.
