Helmstay Text Messaging Program

Helmstay is an operations coordination service for short-term rental properties, operated by Pagosa Tech Solutions, LLC, 2580 CR 917, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147, USA. Each property is assigned a dedicated Helmstay phone number. Through that number, Helmstay sends and receives operational messages only: cleaning and turnover scheduling, maintenance reports and dispatch, owner approvals of specific work, guest stay logistics, and daily operational summaries for the property. No marketing or promotional content is ever sent.

- Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or using any Helmstay service. Every Helmstay function is equally available over WhatsApp, email, or phone — declining or revoking SMS consent does not limit use of the service.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Opt-in records are retained.
How you opt in
1 · Online — property owners, managers, and staff
Anyone who works with a Helmstay property can opt in themselves using the form below. Consent is given by actively checking the consent box, which is unchecked by default. Checking the box is optional: the form can be submitted without it, and leaving it unchecked simply means no text messages will be sent.
2 · Staff enrolled by a property owner
Cleaners and maintenance staff who have voluntarily agreed with their property owner to receive work-coordination texts may instead be enrolled by the owner. The owner attests to that consent at enrollment, and consent records are retained. The first message Helmstay sends to a newly enrolled number is a consent confirmation:
This is Helmstay coordinating [Property] for [Owner]. You'll receive turnover and maintenance texts for this property. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
A STOP reply immediately halts all messages to that number, and the staff member is coordinated over another channel instead. SMS is never a condition of anyone's work.
3 · Guests — guest-initiated only
Guests opt in by texting START to the property's dedicated Helmstay number, +1 970 398 3961. The first reply is the exact opt-in confirmation:
Helmstay: you're opted in to stay-coordination texts for your booked property. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
A STOP reply immediately halts all messages to that number, and stay information remains available from the host directly. SMS is never a condition of any guest's stay.
